I met Addie via a local writing group and was delighted to receive her short story in submission to the Body of Work anthology. Since then, we’ve become fast friends. If I’m being honest, this podcast is probably 70% excuse to hang out and talk about writing, 25% motivation to actually write some stuff, and 5% desire to have a podcast. The podcast is just an accountability mechanism to make me dedicate brain space to the writing every day.
